Technical Business Development Manager - $110K Base + Up to $60K Commission (OTE) Job description: The Technical BDM will focus on driving sales and expanding Voice technology solutions across existing and new clients, leveraging a combination of technical expertise in telecommunications and strong business acumen. This role involves developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and support overall business growth. What you'll do: Collaborate closely with Account Managers to maximise opportunities in existing and new markets, focusing on driving growth within the Telephone Solutions Teams. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises, ensuring the technical solutions align with specific business needs. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, offering expert insights into our client's voice products and services. What You'll have: Demonstrated experience in B2B technical sales or business development (Ideally within the telecommunications industry). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for customers. Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused, with a proven ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Experience with voice technologies such as Dialpad and/or Unity (Ideal).
