Technical Business Analyst

We seek the experience and ability of a Technical Business Analyst to join a Technical and Integration team at a project management office working on the implementation of an enterprise level software system. Skills and experience sought include: ERP System Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems, their modules (like Asset Management, Customer Relationship Management, Financials, Human Resources, Mobile Applications, Payroll, Rates and Regulatory), and how they integrate with existing systems. Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyse current business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design optimised processes aligned with ERP capabilities. Requirements Gathering: Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and prioritising functional and non-functional requirements. People Skills: Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with stakeholders across various levels (executive, department heads, end-users) to understand needs, manage expectations, and secure buy-in. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with project managers, technical teams, and end-users to ensure ERP implementation aligns with organizational goals. Problem-solving and Decision-making: Capability to identify issues, analyse options, and make informed decisions during ERP implementation phases. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities inherent in ERP implementation projects. Negotiation and Influence: Navigate differing viewpoints and negotiate consensus among stakeholders to drive ERP project success.
