This role is responsible for ensuring that Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is successful by maintaining a strong focus across all our data sets, validating and ensuring accuracy is provided in supporting the Service Governance leadership team reporting to the business.

Responsibilities
Extract, analyse, manipulate, and communicate large data sets to assist ESM in decision making
Build reports that communicate the results of analytics, including dashboards, reporting decks, and KPI metrics
Develop quality documentation and assist in developing new reporting outcomes improving the quality of presentation and data accuracy
Support building operational processes and capabilities to ensure confident reporting and maturing of data
Collaborate across and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, continuously looking for ways to add value
Creation of new models and engage in innovation
Contribute, develop and establish business processes
Accuracy is key in this role, an eye for detail and a driven passion for continuous improvement
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges.
About you
Experience in data modelling and development of in-house tools for reporting key metrics to the team and management
Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation ability, being able to setup macros to simplify and automate
Strong skills in PowerBI, Sharepoint, Power Automate and Confluence
Experience with Performance Analytics, use and development of dashboards and reports using Service Now
Ability to develop Word Templates for complex reporting
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience in complex data analysis, and communication to stakeholders in a way that tells a story
A strong team player who can work autonomously when required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems.
