We have over 20 years' experience dealing with telemetered data within the water industry.We have a full-time position based in our Christchurch office. The role is focused around working with our customers in the agricultural/horticultural sectors.Key Responsibilities (training will be provided):Operating our ERP and telemetry software platformsProviding customer and field installer support via phone and email communicationTroubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues remotelyAssisting customers with compliance support and liaising with regional councilsSetup, configuration, and administration of connected field devicesKey Attributes Required for Role:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHonest and hardworkingAccuracy and a keen eye for detailWell organized, practical, and methodicalAble to work unsupervised, as well as within a teamDesire to get the job doneAn interest in technologyA passion for customer service and satisfactionThe position provides variation and the opportunity to work within a company with great people and progressive customers.
