Team Member | AV Operator - NightshiftMonday to Friday 9pm to 6amNightshift allowancesYour impact In this key role, you'll help ensure that our product picking process runs smoothly, meeting customer promises and truck departure times with precision.
You'll be in charge of overseeing the system that manages our three picking robots. This means making sure the robots receive the right number of products and maintain our pick rate. If an error pops up, you'll confidently shut down the robot, fix the issue, and get it back on track, all while communicating effectively with fellow Operators to sort out any problems. You'll also take a proactive approach to spot potential system issues before they disrupt the workflow. Additionally, you'll handle the release of loads to keep everything running efficiently and make sure inventory is accurately managed.
This role demands attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving. You'll be working Monday to Friday, from 9pm to 6am, in a supportive and collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter. About you: We're looking for a highly organized and composed coordinator who excels under pressure. With your strong process skills, you'll thrive in our dynamic Supply Chain environment. As a key team player, you'll bring clear communication and the confidence to offer guidance and support to your colleagues. Your comfort with systems and knack for numbers will be essential in this role. Advanced computer skills, including experience with SAP, are a must.
