Position Overview: As a Contact Center Specialist at Altria Group, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while demonstrating a keen attention to detail and strategic planning in each interaction.
You will work independently, manage inquiries, and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, chat, email) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
Problem Solving: Analyze and diagnose customer needs effectively and efficiently; work towards providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure compliance and continuity of service.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality communication standards, ensuring all interactions are conducted with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to relay customer feedback and collaborate on improving processes and services.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Altria products, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to the management team for service improvements based on customer interactions and trends observed.
Training Participation: Actively engage in training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Requirements: Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of computers, contact center software, and MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Independent: Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while managing time and responsibilities effectively.
