Team Manager, Central Registry Wellington CBD Te Haeata/The Opportunity The primary focus of this role is coaching to improve the engagement, behaviour, quality of work and performance of everybody in your team.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-16 Central Processing Officers.
It is a busy job and requires someone who can balance their team needs with the needs of the business and, most importantly, those of the people we serve.

Utu a-tau/Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $83,562 and $116,273 based on skills and experience.
