Using your engineering experience, you will assist with any maintenance needs and projects of the hotel to ensure guests experience a five-star stay. Your leadership will be essential in carrying out all maintenance activities with precision and safety, contributing to the overall excellence of the hotel.Key responsibilities include:Carry out scheduled inspections.Respond to requests from departments throughout the day.General building maintenance & repairs.Apply your trade expertise, whether mechanical, electrical, engineering or other, and maintain the hotel to the desired standard.Assist the maintenance team where required.What You'll Need2 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Relevant trade skills, and general maintenance.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the company.Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities.Strong communication skills.
