Team Leader (Y7–8)

We are seeking an experienced and innovative teacher to join our senior management team from term 1, 2025 onwards. Applicants must be strongly collaborative, have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and have a deep understanding of current best practices in relation to teaching and learning, especially in the senior school.
We are proud to be a PB4L School and have started our journey implementing Structured Literacy, so all applicants must be committed to these.
Position Overview Y7-8 team leader (team tiramaroa) - leading a team of 8 classroom teachers. To support your leadership mahi, you will receive 3 permanent management units plus 0.40 release.
Working collaboratively is the way at Clearview, so you must be able to work closely with other teachers in a dynamic team teaching environment, be innovative, and model reflective practice. Our ideal team leader leads learning, builds positive relationships, has strong communication skills, maintains high expectations, and motivates a high functioning team.
