The ideal candidate will possess extensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) experience, along with proven team leadership and customer interfacing capabilities.Requirements:Experience in team management, technical leadership, and account managementBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering7-10+ years of experience in Advanced FEA within a relevant industryProficiency with Ansys is preferred; experience with SolidWorks modelling is desirableExpertise in Fracture Mechanics including stress analysis, crack analysis, fatigue studies, and Fitness for Service (FFS) assessmentsFamiliarity with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), particularly in Fluent is desirableAbility to manage and direct NDT service providers, including site visitsKey Attributes:The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and practical skills, who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
