Team Leader Role

An opportunity exists to join our fantastic team and make a tangible difference in children's lives. We are currently recruiting fabulous people for Programme Leader roles.
Term time hours: 15 - 22 per week Holiday hours: 30 - 40 per week
You will be:

Nurturing and caring
Self-managing and motivated
A great team player
A fabulous communicator

You will have:

A passion for children
Experience working with children
An understanding of behaviour management
Outstanding communication skills with an ability to connect with young people
The ability to work collaboratively within our team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Full driver's licence (preferred) and 1st Aid Certificate (preferred)

Most importantly, you display professionalism and role-modelling behaviours in all you do. A knowledge of the OSCAR sector would also be advantageous but not essential.
