The team provide technical advice and reporting to support business planning, organisational strategies and external requests for information regarding our people.
A key deliverable of this role is to review current People Team systems and lead HRMS projects, system fixes, and enhancements to meet the people information needs of the organisation.This role will also deliver thought leadership, support and strategic planning advice to the People Leadership Team.
You will provide advice and assistance to the People Leadership Team to support initiatives and the preparation and review of papers to governance groups.Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring Effective people and project leadership experience.Exposure to developing and maintaining remuneration frameworks in a changing environment.An understanding of job design principles, job evaluation and position classification.Significant experience with HRIS systems maintenance, upgrades, security, and data integrity.A strong analytical background with some workforce analytics or workforce planning experience.The ability to convey complex information clearly and produce business cases and operation plans.
