Are you personable, practical, and passionate about people and the outdoors? Do you have a solid hospitality background and experience leading a team? We are searching for an exceptional Team Leader to supervise our crew on one of our most iconic vessels.
As the Team Leader, you will oversee a small, close-knit crew, ensuring smooth operations and unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include housekeeping, guiding kayak trips around the Fiords, and performing a variety of duties alongside your team. This role requires you to be constantly on the go, training crew members, assisting in the galley, and leading guests in outdoor adventure activities.
As part of this role you will:
Supervise and train crew members
Service guest cabins
Assist in food preparation in the galley
Instruct and guide guests in outdoor activities such as kayaking
Ensure smooth and safe daily operations
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous leadership experience
Background in hospitality and customer service
Some maritime experience preferred (full training provided)
LCQ or Duty Managers Certificate preferred
