Asoon Elevator Limited offer services to elevator installation and elevator maintenance, due to the recent growth of business we need an experience team leader to manage Fitter-Welders team members to ensure the quality and timeframe are met during the elevator installation and maintenance process.
The ideal candidate should have: Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in leading a team for elevator installation and maintenance. Familiar with elevator installation process of Hitachi, KONE, Schindler, Otis, good knowledge of elevator installation process. Physically well to handle metal parts and elevator accessories. Excellent time management skills to prioritize works. Excellent communication skills to communicate with and lead team members. Job description: Lead and allocate the job to the fitter-welders team members, to fit and assemble metal parts and elevator accessories; Studying drawings and specification of elevator, checking and classify metal parts and elevator accessories to meet elevator installation process requirements at each stage; Ensure the fitter-welders following the installation manual, according to the requirements make samples and position the line transect and the pit buffer, fit the main and auxiliary guide rail supports to the designated position according to the drawings and installation process; Ensure elevator hall door header and door frame to the corresponding installation position, fit and position it properly according to the drawings and specifications. Ensure fitter-welder classify the top, bottom and frame of the elevator car, move them to the corresponding position, fit and position properly according to the drawings and specifications; Fit the Safety Gear and properly position it according to the drawings and specifications; Ensure the elevator tractor and speed limiter is unpacked and moved to the installation position, fit and position properly according to the drawings and specifications; Ensure the heavy frame is unpacked and moved to the designated position, fit and position properly according to the drawings and specifications; Response to the problems in case of malfunction and arrange fitter-welders for operational maintenance, repairing mechanical parts of elevator. Term: Permanent full time position
Wage: $30 - $35 per hour
Hours of work: 30 hours or above per week
Shifted from Monday to Sunday
