Team Leader – Machine OperationsWe are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Machine Operations Team Leader to run one of our Marlborough machine teams.
You will be responsible for direct management and leadership of all major machinery operations across our Marlborough vineyards.
Your unique contribution The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Machine Operations Team in a safe and efficient manner. Tasks include canopy spraying, herbicide spraying, leaf plucking, trimming, mowing, mulching, mechanical pruning, post driving, and machine harvest.
