Shifts: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Status: Permanent full-time position
Location: Motueka, Tasman
Salary: $62,753.60 plus $6500 pro rata TL allowance
About this position: We are looking to appoint a rostered Team Leader to work with a group of people in our residential home in the Motueka area. You will be an integral part of the team, providing support and leadership as well as proactive day-to-day supports to enable the people you support to live safely and be actively involved in their community.
Who is an appropriate applicant? We are looking for an inspiring Team Leader who loves to make connections across community groups and activities. Someone who lives the Enabling Good Lives principles, ensuring that people are supported to fully participate in community life. You will have:
Inspiring leadership skills and a strong commitment to the principles of person-centred support.
Level 4, or an equivalent health or disability related qualification.
Sound knowledge of Person Centred support as well as good time management skills.
Experience working in the field of disability would be advantageous.
This role is classified by Immigration as ANZSCO423111 and applicants for this position must be NZ or Australian Citizens, or have NZ Permanent Residency, or a valid NZ work visa.
