You will be an integral part of the team, proving support and leadership as well as pro-active day-to-day supports to enable the people you support to live safely and be actively involved in their community.
The working hours for this role is rostered as Monday to Friday from 7.00AM to 3.30PM.

We are looking for an inspiring Team Leader who loves to make connections across community groups and activities.
Someone who lives the Enabling Good Lives principles; ensuring that people are supported to fully participate in community life.
You will have: * inspiring leadership skills and a strong commitment to the principles of person-centred support, * Level 4, or an equivalent health or disability related qualification * sound knowledge of Person Centred support as well as good time management skills, * Experience working in the field of disability would be advantageous.
