We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be supporting the Supervisor in leading the team through the daily activities of the warehouse to ensure provision of efficient and professional services to clients. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Ensuring all orders are picked and processed in a timely manner on your shift and other daily tasks are completed on your shift.
Monitoring the performance and productivity of the team.
Providing the team with relevant warehouse training as and when required.
Managing team members and ensuring Health and Safety protocols are adhered to.
Ideal Candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics/warehousing.
Experience in leadership is desirable.
Previous WMS experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
MHE license favorable (Reach Truck).
