We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager with a passion for sustainable fashion and experience in luxury retail to lead our retail operations. This pivotal role requires an individual with a deep understanding of both the retail landscape and the values that drive our business. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and customer experience while ensuring our commitment to sustainability remains at the forefront. You will be expected to work at our premise located in Christchurch, a minimum of 40 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday as normal hours of work. Please note this is a permanent full-time role and the hourly pay rate would be $29.66-$32 based on the candidates' experience and skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals. Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Develop and implement innovative retail strategies that resonate with our international clientele. Utilise your bilingual skills to engage effectively with customers from various backgrounds. Run one-on-one styling sessions with our VIP clientele. Monitor sales performance, inventory management, and customer feedback to drive improvements. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling in-store promotions that reflect our brand ethos. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience as store or retail manager is required. A relevant qualification in management or similar is an advantage Proven retail management experience, with a track record of driving sales and enhancing customer experience. Bilingual proficiency (English plus a second language) is highly preferred, as you will engage with our diverse customer base. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. A deep understanding of sustainable practices within the retail environment.
