Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full-time Looking for a full-time, hands-on role with a dynamic company in Oamaru? At Milligans Food Group, we produce a wide range of quality products, including milk powders, cheeses, protein powders, and the iconic Frosty Boy. We also co-pack for some of New Zealand's favourite brands. As a Team Leader, you'll oversee production lines, ensuring food safety and quality while motivating a team. This is a fast-paced, active role for someone with energy, reliability, and a positive attitude. Hours of Work: This full-time role is Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required! The hours can vary based on the candidate: 8:30am to 6:30pm 6:00am to 4:00pm What you'll do: Supervise and train staff on packing lines Set up, run, and clean production machinery Handle quality control and organize next-day production Complete paperwork and keep supplies in check What we offer: Competitive pay and benefits Training and long-term growth opportunities This position is located in Oamaru, South Island.
