With the role involving a high level of compliance and AML, your experience within this space will provide the platform for success as the leader within the support team. Supporting a growing team of Investment Advisers and your own intimate team within the support function, your ability to share in best practice whilst also supporting the 'doing' will see you add value where it is needed. Your ability to remain abreast of changes with industry legislation and regulations coupled with excellent relationship and communication skills, will see your contribution filter down in all areas of the business, ultimately resulting in a high functioning team, well supported Advisers and happy clients.Reporting to the Operations Manager who also supports the HR responsibility in the business, you will be well supported. You will also have the support of an Administrator assigned to this area of the business and a Paraplanner in full support of the function. In time, more team members to follow as this area of the business grows.Great role to make your own; newly established!
