About you
As Team Leader HSW, you will have:
Experience leading a HSW team in a complex and challenging environment, or equivalent people management experience.
A tertiary qualification in HSW (or equivalent).
Minimum five years' experience in a HSW Business Partner (or equivalent) position.
Proven experience in applying your own, and supporting the team, with an in-depth knowledge of all things HSW, especially in a challenging environment.
Experience collaborating with leaders and workers to develop a greater HSW focus, affecting behaviours, and guiding HSW ownership.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including investigating, negotiating/influencing, and practical problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to understand the wider business environment and how HSW can effectively contribute to the achievement of strategic and organisational goals.
If you have a 'can do' attitude, high levels of energy and drive, and want to lead a motivated professional team, we would love to hear from you.
