Full time role

Monday-Friday role (9am-5pm trading hours) with rotating Saturdays

Training is provided

Based in our Hamilton EdenSleep clinic

At EdenSleep we want people to "Awaken their best" by offering solutions to help people get the best night's sleep possible. We are looking for a Team Leader to join the EdenSleep team to manage our small team and ever-growing customer base to help with their sleep health.

EdenSleep is our New Zealand branch of ResMed that has supported New Zealanders in getting better sleep for over 20 years. We pioneer innovative solutions that treat and keep people out of the hospital, empowering them to live healthier, higher-quality lives. Our cloud-connected medical devices transform care for people with sleep apnea, COPD and other chronic diseases.

Responsibilities:

Motivate your team to help people achieve outcomes with their sleep health.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.

Drive revenue, increased business growth and superior market reputation.

Achieve relevant sales budgets and raise the standards of service and practice delivery.

Coach team members and support performance management.

Maintain clinic upkeep, including stock take and cleanliness.

Manage communication and liaise with third parties as required.

To succeed in this role, you will have the following:

Experience in managing team performance, training, and development.

Background in retail, sales, customer service, or healthcare.

Ability to recruit and motivate a team.

Strong customer service orientation.

Training and coaching skills.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience in healthcare or pharmacy is highly regarded.
