Team Leader - Gallery Exhibitions and Collections Organisation Reporting to the Audience and Programmes Manager, you would be:Leading our exceptional Exhibitions and Collections Team, who work across exhibition design and installation, registration and collection management, conservation and our research library and archiveOverseeing the planning, organisation and delivery of all the Team's work in relation to the Gallery's exhibition programme and collection care workstreamsManaging the Team's budgetEnsuring that the Exhibitions and Collections Team is represented across, and works closely with, all other gallery teams including Projects, Curatorial, Learning and Audience Engagement and Visitor Services.A Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, or relevant experience to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledgeA minimum of five years' experience in an art gallery, museum or similar cultural organisation, with an emphasis on collection management and exhibition planningExperience of leading a team and managing its performanceDemonstrable ability to budget, plan, manage and communicate complex workflows with input from multiple disciplines.What's in it for you?
