Painter

Marlon D Balingawan is seeking for Painters Job Descriptions: 1) Erecting scaffolding and ladders, and laying down drop sheets to protect surrounding areas from paint splatters.
2) Preparing surfaces by stripping old paint and wallpaper, repairing woodwork, filling in holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surfaces.
3) Selecting and readying paints to the desired colours by blending pigments, oils, and thinning and drying agents.
4) Applying paints, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprays.
5) Performing interior plastering or gib stopping as needed.
6) Cleaning equipment and workspaces.
7) Adhering to the Environmental Act 1991 for the proper use and disposal of contaminated water and chemicals.
Job Requirements: - A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required for this role.
- Must be physically fit.
- Possesses strong attention to detail.
The position requires working from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week.
Payrate is from $29.66 to $30 per hour.
