Te ahua o te turanga / About the role The role of the Team Leader is to support a high-performing team working across the commissioning cycle, with a specific focus on service design.
The family violence service design team works across government and with communities, organisations, and end users to develop better services.
This includes a broader range of family violence services to meet the diverse needs of communities, as well as supporting a culture of continual improvement.
In this role you will be leading an innovative team committed to improving access to family violence services for individuals and whanau that have been affected by family violence.
This team is committed to taking practical action to give effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and prioritising outcomes for whanau Maori.

Strong leadership capabilities with proven staff management experienceExperience with service design and incorporating user voiceKnowledge of the commissioning cycle and procurement processesA working understanding of Te Tiriti o WaitangiRelevant subject matter experienceAn ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersManaging the delivery of multiple projects to agreed timelines and budgetsYour ability to work collaboratively but also to influence and manage the expectations of others as required to ensure progressInnovative thinking and your ability to provide practical solutions for complex issuesSalary range: $120,870.00 - $150,416.00
