You will be responsible for leading the centre of excellence that delivers the data warehouse and application solutions needed to manage data. Leading a high performing data warehouse development team that is future focused with the move to cloud technologies like Databricks.
To qualify for this unique opportunity, we are looking for:

Proven experience in building and managing high performing teams
Strong technical background including SQL, TSQL, Python, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Analysis & Modelling, Data Platform Architecture, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
Knowledge, skills and experience to provide high-level technical expertise, mentoring, and embedding good software development lifecycle practice across the team of developers and analysts.
Proven and strong experience in data warehouse development including cloud technologies
Solid stakeholder engagement with a strong customer focus
Strong understanding of Agile & SDLC
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on motivational skills and positive attitude
Lead and model a strong collaborative work approach and culture.
