As a Regional Council, we're responsible for environmental regulation and protection, community preparedness and response to hazards, and public transport. As the Customer Transition Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of on-ground customer ambassadors, managing relationships with partner agencies, and customer support sites to ensure successful support for customers transitioning to Motu Move. You'll refine existing strategies and plans to ensure they deliver the outcomes we seek, bringing the team onboard to implement them. You will work with our partners to ensure that our on-ground transition activities effectively serve our different customer segments. This is an opportunity to lead in a unique programme, with a committed team in an organisation that is making a difference. Ideally, you'll have an NZ diploma in Business along with 3 years of experience in a team or project lead role. You'll be people-centric, customer-focused, and results-oriented, passionate about making a difference in this project. You should be able to plan and execute while being adaptable to adjust as the deployment progresses. An understanding of and commitment to honouring tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, combined with experience in incorporating te ao Maori perspectives into everyday business, is essential.
