You will inspire, lead, and motivate a team of communications advisors and content creators working alongside the organisation to connect Council with its communities.You will ensure a proactive and innovative communications approach that delivers timely, open, and transparent information for all audiences.To be successful in this role, you will have communications, people leadership and media management experience alongside a collaborative approach that sees you easily engage with a wide variety of stakeholders.You will be politically astute, structured, deadline focused and a true problem-solver who is adept at advising on, and developing, communications and media strategies and plans.
