Our kaiako act as wayfinders; helping our tamariki navigate their way through their individual learning journeys, supported by our centre taonga, Awarua, Rereroa, Manutangi and Werewere.We need a strong leader who leads by example and confidently delegates roles and responsibilities, all while maintaining a nurturing and caring nature.
