Team Leader position: Specialized in Reggio approach to learning and Primary Caregiving – Lollipops Blighs Road, Christchurch
Lollipops Blighs Road is a well-established, purpose-built early childhood centre that has been serving the local community for 16 years. Our centre is well-resourced and designed to inspire children's curiosity and creativity. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive. The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to lead our 3–5-year-old room (Pukeko Room), managing a team of 3 teachers. We are expecting you to have a great understanding of Reggio approach and Primary Caregiving. This is a large room with 25 to 32 children, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The role is permanent, with weekly hours 30-40 hours per week to suit your availability.

What We're Looking For:
NZ full Registered Teacher.
Ideally at least 3-5 years of teaching experience in ECE.
Leadership skills (or the potential to develop them).
Experienced with primary care and the Reggio Emilia approach (or a willingness to learn).
Strong understanding of assessment and planning as a team leader.
Passion for guiding children through their learning journey up to primary school.
