Job Description
What will a day in this role look like?

Leading and motivating a nationwide team of high-performing and engaged individuals, supporting their development and well-being, and driving their technical growth and advancement.
Working in a multi-disciplinary collaborative environment to produce fantastic team results.
Providing technical direction and oversight for a diverse range of private and public sector clients across New Zealand.
Supporting major bids and pursuits, strategic planning, client engagement, and work winning initiatives.
Promoting knowledge sharing and expanding our structural capability to drive business growth.
Overseeing key activities for the New Zealand Structural Engineering business, ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of high-quality results.

Qualifications
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
What are we looking for from you?

Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum of 15+ years in structural design and analysis of building structures with strong knowledge of NZ structural and seismic codes.
Well-connected within the NZ market, with a proven ability to secure new business and successfully deliver a wide range of building related projects.
An effective people leader with tenacity and drive who is focused on achieving outstanding results and most importantly, someone that enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting new ideas, and encouraging others to develop their skills and experience.
