You'll lead a talented team of professionals, oversee compliance activities, and contribute to the growth of our progressive Building Consent Authority.Your days will be varied and exciting, as you lead and inspire our Building Compliance Officers & Administrators and oversee the coordination of unauthorized building activities and maintain compliance. You'll ensure the smooth operation of daily activities, making sure we deliver exceptional service. You'll work hard to build strong relationships with stakeholders and stay ahead of legislative changes.Who are you?You are a passionate leader who can inspire and motivate our team. You'll have a solid understanding of the Building Act and related legislation, as well as experience in coordinating enforcement activities.
