Position: Team Lead / Site Auditor
Role Overview
We are seeking up to 4 highly motivated and experienced Team Leads / Site Auditors to join our team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in leading the team and providing training where needed. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
This is a full-time permanent role (minimum 40 hours a week; work hours fall between 6am and 11pm depending on the shift) with a salary range of $55K to $70K per year, depending on experience. The role is based in Auckland.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule all clients based on their requests.
Allocate cleaners according to client requests, ensuring cleaners have the correct cleaning instructions as per the cleaning agreement between S.K.C.M and the client.
Maintain records of cleaning stock for each team.
Ensure each team has sufficient cleaning products for the week and request a purchase order if stock is low.
Conduct monthly audits.
Schedule monthly audits with the team.
Write a report after each audit with the outcomes.
If necessary, schedule re-training sessions.
Provide necessary training for new team members following the New Staff Training Process.
Introduce all cleaning products and equipment.
Pair new team members with experienced staff for training.
Quote for new clients and allocate the appropriate team members based on their strengths.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
Chinese, Tagalog, or Nepalese language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Proficiency in auditing tools and software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Driver's licence is required for the role as you will be visiting sites.
Drug and alcohol testing is required.
Police check is required for all sites.
