Neutron will be our next rocket on the launch pad, an advanced 13-tonne payload class, reusable rocket to launch the mega constellations of the future.Responsibilities:Lead the development of a world-class product from its inception through to on-orbit constellation missions.Develop and lead a team to support Rocket Lab's expanding spacecraft capabilities.Deliver the new product from genesis through to flight operations and eventually into scaled production.Requirements:Experience leading a team from concept to flight of spacecraft hardware.Experience with project management of cross-discipline teams.Proven team development skills.Degree in Engineering.3 years spacecraft industry experience.5 years total work experience.Direct experience with two of the following: Development of an electric propulsion system, Flight operations of an electric propulsion system, Production line operations of an electric propulsion system.The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives.
