ABOUT THE JOB L'Oréal Professionnel Products division partners with salons, hairstylists, and the hairdressing industry.
They provide high-quality haircare and styling products, offer education and training programs, and prioritize innovation, ensuring exceptional results and staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving hairdressing industry.
Responsibilities: Reporting, data entry, analysis and support on key projects.
Trading Terms and Partner Benefit Agreement management.
Customer analysis and reporting on rebate and sales targets.
Coordinating product orders and auditing the stock room.
Senior team coordination, booking flights and travel.
Coordination of internal and external conferences, meetings and events.
Supporting and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance across team functions.
Takes care of all administrative and technical assistance: calendar management, reception of calls, organization of business travel, entering receipts for expenses, processing mail, preparing responses, orders for office equipment, etc.
Handles the organization and coordination of training courses and seminars: registration, site reservation, handling certified trainers and experts, printing supporting material, sending products, relaying information.
Draws up purchase orders, monitors budget and expenditure (billing, client payments, etc.).
Coordinates the arrival of new employees (transfer files, FIT course planning, IT and telephone requests, etc.).
Handles the sending of emails and invitations to training courses and seminars.
Ensures the reliability of the database for service providers and/or participants in training.
Handles administrative relations with service providers.
According to the local organization, participates in the development of training courses and seminars.
ABOUT YOU Qualifications: Previous experience within an administrative role is essential.
Highly organized by nature and excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Professional, supportive with a positive attitude.
Intermediate Microsoft suite skills.
Experience using SAP will be highly advantageous, however not essential.
