Full time - 80hrs per fortnight, Monday-Friday - flexible working hours Based in our Auckland Accessible Properties office.
Starting salary of 65k - 75k dependant on experience!
Mo te tunga | About the role The Accessible Properties Team Coordinator role involves supporting the Asset Management team for efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Reporting to the General Manager, this position assists the Asset Planning Manager and requires innovation, efficiency, and team administration and coordination skills.
Responsibilities include gathering and tracking asset planning, maintenance, and capital works data, transforming it into concise summary reports using intermediate Excel skills for review by the General Manager.
Proven coordination expertise with timely support Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong time management and organizational skills Effective collaboration across all levels Background in property and commercial administration, including maintenance and contracts Nou te rourou | What's in it for you?
