Mo te tunga | About the role The Accessible Properties Team Coordinator role involves supporting the Asset Management team for efficient operations and excellent customer service. Reporting to the General Manager, this position assists the Asset Planning Manager and requires innovation, efficiency, and team administration and coordination skills. Responsibilities include gathering and tracking asset planning, maintenance, and capital works data, transforming it into concise summary reports using intermediate Excel skills for review by the General Manager.
