About the role As the Team Coordinator, you'll report to the EA for the GM of Membership and Property and provide administrative support to the wider team.
To do this, you'll play an active role in ensuring that:
Board reports, presentations, and other documentation are written and ready to go in a timely manner.Lists and databases are maintained, updated, and kept accurate to ensure M&P runs like a well-oiled machine.Membership and Property team (and other) events are planned and run smoothly.Communication regarding all things M&P is clear and concise and is where it needs to be when it needs to be there.Stakeholders, both internal and external, are responded to and feel cared for.About you With proven experience in an administrative support function preferably in medium to large organisations, you'll bring excellent planning and communication skills and a great ability to collaborate with others. Quick on your toes, you'll be a problem solver who has an eye for detail, a passion for people, and will be someone who just gets stuff done!
You'll also:
