This is a new and exciting opportunity to grow your skillset as a frontline leader. As someone who loves embracing change, you will leverage your strengths and passion to bring out the best in our kaimahi. Our valued frontline leaders, which we call Team Coaches, are fully supported by our leadership team in the Central region.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Additionally, you will be supported to be part of a rotating after hours on-call roster. Responsibilities include: Developing meaningful and collaborative partnershipsBeing an exemplary Tangata Tiriti partnerWorking alongside primary and secondary care services, and the wider community to ensure optimal outcomesFostering strong relationships in your community and being a good neighbourProviding regular coaching, leading and inspiring a passionate teamLiving your values at work and making a difference in your community.Mou | You
You will have:
A clinical qualification and experience working in mental health and addictionProven leadership experienceA demonstrated ability and cultural competence in working with Maori, and understanding of Te Tiriti o WaitangiA current full New Zealand driver's licenseA current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain oneNau mai, haere mai!
