This permanent, full-time position, based in Palmerston North offers the opportunity to be involved with and gain experience in learning and development, policy implementation, recruitment, onboarding, safety & wellbeing, and remuneration processes, and be a key contributor to the success of these programmes of work.About you You may be an experienced administrator with an interest in human resources or a recent graduate looking for your first role in a people and capability team.
What's important to us is that you have a can do attitude, strong organisational skills, able to communicate effectively and are able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.The successful applicant will have experience and skills in the use of Microsoft Office products, be able to demonstrate their collaborative working style and be comfortable switching between or working on multiple tasks at one time.
