This role will lead services that have an acute and rehabilitative mental health focus. Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
This is a new and exciting opportunity to grow your skillset as a frontline leader. As someone who loves embracing change, you will leverage your strengths and passion to bring out the best in our kaimahi. Our valued frontline leaders, which we call Team Coaches, are fully supported by our leadership team in the Central region.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Additionally, you will be supported to be part of a rotating after hours on-call roster.

Responsibilities include:
Developing meaningful and collaborative partnerships
Being an exemplary Tangata Tiriti partner
Working alongside primary and secondary care services, and the wider community to ensure optimal outcomes
Fostering strong relationships in your community and be a good neighbour
Providing regular coaching, leading and inspiring a passionate team
Living your values at work and making a difference in your community.

Mou | You
You will have:
A clinical qualification and experience working in mental health and addiction
Proven leadership experience
A demonstrated ability and cultural competence in working with Maori, and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
A current full New Zealand driver's license
A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one
