You will be assisting our Health and Wellbeing clinicians. This role reports to the Service and Relationship Manager.The role of the Health and Wellbeing team is to provide consultation, liaison, assist with goal planning, mental health and physical health assessments linked to a core belief that mental health and addictions is our priority, but total wellbeing is our goal.This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with some flexibility. This position is based in Wellington.Responsibilities include:Provide consultation, liaison, and development of meaningful and collaborative partnerships across a number of NGOs in the Greater Wellington Region.Provide regular coaching and be focused on inspiring every member of your team to exceed their personal best in everything they do.Focus on physical health and functioning for our tangata whai ora as it affects recovery and wellbeing.Provision of education and support sessions to kaimahi and tangata whai ora.Have a current registration as a registered occupational therapist, social worker, or registered nurse.Full New Zealand driver's licence.Demonstrated leadership and ability to support and inspire a team.Demonstrated ability to work well with other services such as DHBs, PHOs, and the wider community and social sector.Closing Date | Ra Katinga: 16th November 2024.
