Te whiwhinga mahi The Opportunity As the Team Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operational efficiency as you manage diaries and email communications, expertly scheduling meetings and promptly responding to emails.
You will oversee the efficient couriering of all IT equipment across the motu, including managing inbound and outbound equipment for new and departing staff members, and you will play a pivotal role in generating weekly operational reports.
The responsibilities extend to financial management, where you'll reconcile invoices and handle arrangements for accommodation, travel, and expenses.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, you will actively contribute to refining administrative processes, procedures, and systems.

Nga pukenga me nga wheako Skills and experience Demonstrated experience, resilience, and customer focus in a technical environment Experience with Windows operating systems Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people at all levels of the organisation Excellent analytical skills and information-seeking abilities Proven ability to quickly pick up new systems and software Having used or are familiar with reporting in Power BI, familiar with CASD and Service Now ITSM toolsets, would be a bonus.
