We are currently on the lookout for an agile and efficient Team Administrator to join our thriving Administration Services team! In this fast-paced and varied role, you will support managers and their business groups making connections right across NZTA | Waka Kotahi.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Confident with minute taking
Experience in managing a shared mailbox and managers' calendars
Experience in editing and creating presentations and documents
Experience in coordinating Event & Meeting Management
Experience in booking travel arrangements
Hard working and passionate about delivery excellence
Agile and flexible, able to adapt to changing business needs
Collaborative, willing to lend a hand across the team
A high level of competence with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
A strong customer focus with demonstrated initiative and ability to problem solve
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet competing priorities to deadline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
