Team Administrator We are currently looking for a senior Team Administrator to join our Business Support team in Wellington. You will be critical to the smooth operation of the business you support and enjoy mentoring junior members of the team with tasks and contributing to their growth and development at WSP. You will thrive in a busy, collaborative environment and be confident in forging relationships across the business, while working closely with clients to ensure administrative and customer support is comprehensive and seamless. About you Strive for customer service excellence, with a can-do attitude, be proactive and willing to take ownership and be accountable for deliverables; help to facilitate the smooth operations of a busy team and a large office. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite. You have strong verbal and written communication skills and great attention to detail. Love working with people!
