Mo tenei turanga mahi About this position: We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active Team Administrator with a strong administrative background to hit the ground running and provide efficient, highly responsive administrative support to the wider team. This position involves a variety of duties such as: Maintaining files and information for Manager / Team Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, presentations and take minutes Compile data and statistics for various reporting purposes Ensure all business runs smoothly Ko koe tenei About you As this is a busy role, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys building strong working relationships.
