Teacher Y1 Class

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher
Subjects: English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Maori, The arts.
The successful candidate will be NZ registered and able to demonstrate the ability to effectively inspire and improve learning outcomes. They must create the best possible learning environment, be culturally responsive, possess excellent communication skills, and build and maintain relationships with whanau, akonga, and staff. Strong knowledge of inquiry, sound classroom practices, and a willingness to continue to learn collaboratively with colleagues are essential. Experience with structured literacy is preferred.
Start term 1, 2025. Permanent position full-time in a Y1 class.
