Papakura High School is looking for a full-time, permanent teacher of social studies with Tongan to grow and develop our Tongan language programme. To commence on Tuesday 28 January 2025.
The successful applicant will be a part of our culturally vibrant social science department in a growing kura with 75% Maori and Pasifika students.
They will have high expectations of students and themselves and a commitment to raising student achievement.
They will also have previous experience teaching Tongan as well as current New Zealand teacher registration and certification.
