We are looking for a team-focused and energetic teacher to join the Humanities Department from 2025. The successful candidate will be trained in junior social studies and at least one specialist senior subject that sits within the Te Ao Tangata/social sciences domain. Please state specialist subjects.
You will be relationship-focused and committed to equitable outcomes for our akonga and participate in our Professional Development programmes that support Relationship Based Learning (RbL).
Experience of teaching in a NZ Secondary School and/or NZ teacher training will be of significant benefit.
The successful candidate will be someone who embraces the NCEA change process with the focus on the NZ History refresh.
There is an expectation of involvement in extracurricular activities on offer at the College.
